  1. Group 5, I really enjoyed the final demonstration. I think it was a great idea to not only include the information about creating your own program but also the African Indigenous Knowledge. The use of the visual aids also help strengthen understanding.

  2. I have truly enjoyed watching this project evolve. The Google Slide presentation is so professional. Many times they can get too wordy and confusing, but you have clear interesting slides. And being the grammar queen that I am, I am impressed with how well-written everything is. I would not have ever heard of the Ubuntu concept if it were not for your program, so I do appreciate your work. What a great collaboration, ladies! Kudos!

  4. Group 5 - excellent presentation on a topic that is absolutely fascinating. I loved the tools you listed, and I'm making notes for future group projects! Thanks for sharing these, and I'm sure they improved your experience.

Your thoughts on communal mindset are thought-provoking, and the examples you listed follow along nicely with the concept of Ubuntu. Sounds as if you've put this method into place within your own group work!

  5. Hello Group 5 - I have really enjoyed watching the evolution of your program design. I enjoyed the Google Slide presentation and the Soundcloud, neither of which I have used before. So, thank you for introducing me to these types of media, as well as the Scribd for documents. I truly appreciate the Ubuntu ways of learning as community and "village" with storytelling and group learning, as well as working for the greater good. We can all benefit by this display of caring for one another. Group 5, it has been a pleasure to learn from you. Thank you.

  8. Jessica, Kristin, and Marlena,

I like that you inserted the video and audio formats in your PowerPoint! I also like the tools you shared with us, which is very useful!

    Suggestions:

    In your PowerPoint:

    1. In slide 1, briefly tell us the purpose of your whole project, what you have achieved. This will give your readers a whole picture of your project.

    2. Since you mainly studied Ubuntu, in slide 2, change the title to: Main concept of Ubuntu.

    3. In Designing your own program, tell us how you designed it and how professionals evaluated your work. This will be very helpful for your readers.

    In your summary,

    1. Specifically tell us the highlights of your project. For example, you mentioned the basic idea of Ubuntu and how they created a similar system. Tell us these ideas and specifically how they created a similar system, and how they were demonstrated in your project.

    2. Tell us: What are the lessons/tips you have gained in the process of completing your project?

    Bo
